Imago Dei Church is a new church plant in the town of Truckee, CA. Imago Dei means Image of God in Latin.  We chose this name for the church because the Bible says that man was created in the Image of God and that all humans bear His image and reflect aspects of His nature to the world. All people in Truckee, CA are made in God’s image. But not all people are worshipping that God.

It is our aim to be a different kind of church.  We want to reach the people who are not worshipping God. Who have never and never plan to step into a Church. The people who live and work and play all around us. We want to be a church for those people, that they might know God through Christ and be saved! We want to be a Church in Truckee that is different, that Preaches Jesus and Makes Disciples for the Glory of God.
